About this Project
The Florida Department of Transportation's contractor is extending the northbound lanes of I-275 up to the exit point to the SR 56 exit ramp (Exit 59) and the exit ramp onto northbound I-75. All work is west of I-75.

It will allow for the 3 lanes going onto northbound I-75 to continue past the split to the SR 56 exit ramp, merging down to two lanes before entering the bridge over I-75.

Traffic Flow
The construction phasing is designed so that all existing lanes of traffic will be open on I-75 during peak traffic hours.

Night Work
In order to maintain the construction schedule and to minimize the impact to the traveling public, lane closures and detours are planned for nighttime hours as needed.

Lane Closure Hours: 8:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
