About this Project
The Florida Department of Transportation's contractor has completed milling and resurfacing I-75 from the Pasco-Hernando counties line to south of Lockhart Road in Hernando County.

Improvement Highlights

  • Fixed the deteriorating condition of the existing roadway for a smoother and better riding surface.
  • Constructed a bridge pier protection system at the Church Road overpass.
  • Replaced guardrail where needed.
Traffic Flow
The construction phasing was designed so that all existing I-75 traffic lanes remained open during peak hours.
